PhyloFlow is a fully-customizable and adaptable workflow system for phylogenetic inference. It is intended to reproduce many of the existing phylogenetic inference systems adding the possibility to personalize the tools and parameters for each stage. Furthermore, our system allows the configuration of new ad-hoc workflows for specific needs.
